PowerSox

Running socks… we can all use plenty of those, right? A little while ago I received a few pairs of PowerSox to test and review. The socks are from their new offering lineup.

Gradient Cotton Lo-Cut

PowerSox Gradient Cotton Lo-Cut

The first type was a cotton-poly blend. I didn’t realize this at first, but wondered why my foot felt kind of soggier than I’m used to when finishing a run. I blame the cotton… they weren’t bad socks, super comfortable and had a nice fit. But I just didn’t care of how they felt at the end of a run.
65% Cotton, 18% Polyester, 14% Nylon, 3% Spandex

Advanced Dry Sock

The next style was all tech… and I really quite liked these. They’ve got a unique blend of ultra thick and ultra thin construction. There’s thicker sock in some spots to help protect against wear and offer cushioning, but the top has thinner sections for breathability.

53% Hydrotec® Polyester, 27% Nylon, 10% Polyester
