Policy

I love reviewing products and sharing them with my readers. However, after getting several pitches from companies for products that have absolutely nothing to do with my subject base or interests, I’ve had to put some policies into place.

  • Reviews are free
  • Product is required for a review
  • The author reserves the right to refuse a proposed review if it is not appropriate to the content on Jill Will Run.
  • All reviews are truthful and honest. Time to actually test the item in order to review properly is essential.

Book Reviews

I am happy to review books that are non-fiction books geared toward running, nutrition, fitness and general health. I also enjoy finding fiction books where the character(s) are runners and will happily review those. I WILL NOT review diet books. Books in electronic format for Kindle or iPad are always welcome!

DVD Reviews

Movies that pertain to running or fitness are open for review on the site.

Food/Supplement Reviews

I will not review any diet foods/supplements. Anything that makes ridiculous claims about changing a person’s body shape or shedding pounds is completely off-limits. Anything consumable must be useful in terms of running, fitness or overall health.

Giveaway Policies

I will not ship prizes to the winner, the company providing the prize must take care of shipping upon receipt of the winner’s information.

  1. Cannot read reviews from sources who get paid for links to purchase. And with an affiliation with amazon,
It’s way too murky to trust your reviews
