I guess the whole point of the vehicle is to make people laugh or smile. It even has a sign on it that says “Good Mood Mission”! It definitely made me laugh when I saw it!

I didn’t know that thing still drove around. I remember seeing one in Chico, California in the late 80’s. LOL.
