My sister is way more into beauty products than I am so I ask her for recommendations.
I don’t have a great system for choosing skin care products. Usually, I cost read labels and compare costs when I am in the aisles. I’ve always wanted someone to just tell me exactly what I need to do (and this person would be looking out for my best interests, not trying to see me products I don’t really need, of course).
I try to use what has been recommended to me by friends but usually end up using what is on sale at the drugstore.
I look up reviews online.
I tend to go on Pinterest to find new makeup products. Some pins have recommendations for both the expensive and drugstore brands. I love it!
