New shoes arrived at my doorstep the other day.

Not only do I get new shoes with the Somnio Nada, but they come with a bag and a DVD about minimalist running

The shoes are soooooo lightweight! (only 3.5 oz per shoe)

I immediately had to head out and run a mile around the neighborhood. I loved them on that (super super short) trial run. They felt so free, and playful.

Yes, I’ll have to put them through the paces more to give an accurate review, but so far… I am really excited about these shoes. I find them to be really comfortable!
