The Barefoot Running Book: A Practical Guide to the Art and Science of Barefoot and Minimalist Shoe Running
by Jason Robillard

I’ve got a copy of this to give away. Maybe I’ll throw in some other running goodies… we’ll have to see how I feel! Let’s go simple and old school on this, if you want to be entered into the giveaway, just leave a comment on this post by 5:00 pm (pacific time) on June 29.
Hi! I added your blog to my reader a few weeks ago…please enter me in the contest!!
I’d love a copy of this book. I’ve been running in Newton Gravity’s but I’ve been thinking about moving towards barefoot running quite a bit lately, but haven’t run any further than a mile without shoes yet.
I love my vibrams for yoga or aerobics. I haven’t tried them out running yet but it’s on the plan for next week.
While I’m pretty sure my body isn’t built for barefoot running, I’m definitely interested in learning more!
woot! sign me up 🙂 and thanks for being old school… as much as i love going on wild goose hunts around the internet 😉
Please sign me up for your giveaway. I’d love to read more about this!
Thanks for hosting the giveaway. Please count me in!
Hello there. Count me in for the book. Me want.
I’d love to enter if Canadians may – I’ve been a barefoot hiker for a while but am just moving toward running.
The barefoot running thing has really swamped us at the running store, so I can never know enough about it for our customers. It is really tough to try to sell shoes to people who think that they are evil….
I’d love to learn more about barefoot running. Thanks for the giveaway!
