Need Rest…

I’m exhausted today, can barely keep my eyes open. Fortunately it is a rest day before our group run tomorrow. I did manage to get my push-ups in and I will do my everyday ab-work as well. But other than that, I’m just relaxing and trying to regain some strength. I may need to add caffeine back into my diet!

Plus, the husband is going out to dinner with co-workers tonight, so I can go to bed even earlier. Of course I am really jealous he’s going out, they’re eating at Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill. I’ve never been there, but my husband has been there with co-workers before. I wasn’t invited, but I’m still envious!

The Runner’s Body:
I found this information on Runner’s World. It’s got videos and articles on how to keep all your joints happy while running. Since I’ve had knee trouble in the past, I want to do whatever possible to keep myself healthy!

Hundred Push-up Challenge:
Week 3, Day 3 – 20, 15, 15, 12, 20 = 82
(Much stronger finish on week 3, I’m glad I repeated and built more strength!)
