Run/Walk Coaching
Coach Jill is an RRCA-certified run coach and coached the Las Vegas Team Challenge chapter for 4 seasons. As a Team Challenge coach, Jill has helped more than a hundred runners and walkers complete their first half marathons and helped to instill a love of running as a new aspect of their lifestyle. Where Jill really excels is helping beginners who want to reach a goal race learn the proper steps to cover that distance, whether it be a 5K or a marathon.

Options:
1. Online
Online coaching offers a training plan customized to the client’s goal race. It also gives the client weekly email contact with the coach throughout the training cycle.
2. Online & Phone
Online coaching offers a training plan customized to the client’s goal race, email contact with the coach and one phone call per week to discuss questions/concerns.
3. In-Person
If you live in the Las Vegas area and would like some face-to-face time with the coach, that is something we can work out.
Due to having a baby, I am not currently taking on any new individual in-person clients.
Training plans start as low as $15/week. (minimum of 8 weeks required)
