If you don’t know who Hal Higdon is, he’s a runner and an author. He has written TONS of running books and running training plans that have been used by so many runners.
This is the reason all of us are runners… we started to run, but then we kept on going out. It doesn’t matter what distance we’re running, what pace we’re running, what surface we’re running, etc. It just matters that we keep on getting out there.
And consistency in running is whatever works best for your life. If that’s running every day, or every week, or whatever frequency.
