Daily Mile Training: 7/23-7/29 2012
LOL… okay, so I did absolutely ZERO miles this week. And that’s okay. I may be at the end of pregnancy soon. On Sunday I sat around at home and had contractions throughout the day… several of them were pretty intense, strong enough to make me feel like I was going to black out. Then again, I could just experience these for weeks still. Who knows?
My joints are feeling even more unstable, just walking up and down the stairs sometimes feels precarious. So I’m babying myself a little. I’m down to the end anyway.
