Off to Napa
I’m leaving… on a jet plane…
The big Napa to Sonoma race that my Team has been training for the past 16 weeks is on Sunday. I’m excited to see all of them get to complete this race, I’m excited to visit somewhere that isn’t currently under an excessive heat warning due to temperatures around 115 and I’m excited to see what it’s like to be a coach on the course instead of an actual participant.
Now hopefully I’ve got everything I need packed!
I am coaching a group of runners for the organization Team Challenge. They are fundraising for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America while training to run the Napa to Sonoma half marathon in July.
