I’d love a copy of this book. I’ve been running in Newton Gravity’s but I’ve been thinking about moving towards barefoot running quite a bit lately, but haven’t run any further than a mile without shoes yet.

I love my vibrams for yoga or aerobics. I haven’t tried them out running yet but it’s on the plan for next week.

While I’m pretty sure my body isn’t built for barefoot running, I’m definitely interested in learning more!

I’d love to enter if Canadians may – I’ve been a barefoot hiker for a while but am just moving toward running.

The barefoot running thing has really swamped us at the running store, so I can never know enough about it for our customers. It is really tough to try to sell shoes to people who think that they are evil….
