Training

I got up at 4:30 AM to run.
I was out the door before the sun was up.
It felt extremely hot, even at that hour.
I think it was in the mid-80′s.
There was not even a breeze during the first half of the run.
The air felt thick.
But I did my 35 minutes.
Covered 3.5 miles.
And I still loved my time out there.

What a weirdo…

Not a weirdo at all. I bet it was peaceful at that hour albeit, super hot. I’m glad you had a good run.

Hi! It’s 4:30 the next day, and I’m up to bike! I must love what I’m doing, too, because I’m keeping up these crazy hours!

Lisa: I think runners are a special kind of “weird”. We all get this need and understand each other, but the rest of the world things we’re nuts!
